Position Summary:
The Management Trainee Program accelerates the excellent new graduates with Master degree in major of Chemical related for future Application Development Engineer or Junior Marketing role. The program will develop the talents through a structured training program and combining multiple job assignments.   


Job Description:  
• A two-year program consisting of 3-4 cross-function rotational assignments within the Regional Growth, Technology, Marketing, Manufacturing etc.
• Program participants strengthen their technical knowledge, processing management and leadership skills by completing an intensive curriculum consisting of classroom training, online training symposiums.


Requirements/Qualifications:
• Fresh graduate or with not more than 2 years' working experience
• Major in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials, Polymer Science or relevant
• Excellent verbal and written skill in both Chinese and English communication
• Strong leadership skills and self-confident
• Independent, open-minded, strong learning agility
