Procure to Payment Intern
Position Title: Procure to Payment Intern / 采购支付实习生
Working Location: Zhangjiang, Shanghai
上海市 浦东新区 张江高新科技园区 李冰路227号
Responsibility:
• Index invoices from both domestic and international vendors.
• Perform invoices and supporting documentation filing.
• Perform T&E and accounts payable document filing
• Support accounts payable relevant tasks
• Support master data verification and maintenance
• Other duties as assigned by P2P Manager and/or Team Coordinator.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree above, preferable major in finance and accounting fields.
• Good communication and analysis skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus
• Good Mandarin and English, both written and oral
• Be flexible to take multi tasks assigned by manager
